The company I work for won't give refunds for licenses either, once they are cut and sent out. Is that a problem? Is 30 days not enough to test out some software? I don't really understand the problem with the concept of a non-refundable license. After you pay them the money, it is then assumed that you are satisfied with the product. It is entirely up to you to determine whether or not HRD is suitable to your needs and that it will work in your environment.
